Deposit: €10,000, with a credit card pre-authorization to be completed at the time of rental; alternatively, €15,000 with a prepaid card or other payment methods

24/7 delivery service, exclusively within the Grande Raccordo Anulare.
1 rental day equals 24 hours.

Check-in (Vehicle Return):

If everything is in order, the security deposit is released within 24 hours.
If there are extra charges (e.g., insufficient fuel, additional mileage), they will be quickly verified and deducted.
In case of new damages, an expert will assess the repair costs (liability is limited to the deposit amount). Once the estimate is ready, the deposit is adjusted, and the remaining balance is refunded.

The car undergoes a thorough inspection, with photos taken of any pre-existing damage, initial mileage, and fuel level.
